HUBUNGAN ETOS KERJA DENGAN PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN PENYULUH PERTANIAN DI KECAMATAN KONDA KABUPATEN KONAWE SELATAN

Abstract

The correlation of work ethic and the ability og agricultural extension worker in the Sub District of Konda, District of South Konawe. The purpose of this research are : (1) Work ethic, (2) Agricultural extension ability, (3) The correlation of work ethic and the ability of agricultural extension. The variable of this research are work ethic and agricultural extension. Sampling method one this research is saturated sampling census, who totaled by  11 person. The result showed that : (1) Agricultural extension work ethic high category, (2) Agricultural extension ability in high category, (3) Work ethic correlation and agricultural extension ability have significant correlation.
